Not only did I have the best experience here buying my Nissan Rogue Sport 6 months ago, but I just took the car into their dealership for its first check up (which was FREE) and I had another great experience -- these guys know what they're doing! My car is running beautifully and they even gave it a wash before handing me the keys.
Everyone was so helpful, made sure I got the best car for my budget . Definitely recommend anyone and everyone to come to the dealership in Alhambra.
Excellent car-buying experience at Nissan Alhambra. We came for the Leaf EV. Our sales associates were Octavio and Victor. They not only provided detailed specs, let us test-drive the car, but also worked with us on retail price. Very kind, professional and cordial.
I came here to purchase a family vehicle. I was so set on a Nissan Rogue because I thought my family would fit in there. Our amazing salesman Victor Navarro showed me various types of Rogue models such as the standard model and the sport. He was incredibly knowledgeable and told me my car seats would fit but it would be a tight fit.
Everyone here is extremely helpful and very nice. Service personnel is knowledgeable and very honest. They offer competitive prices and complimentary pick up and drop off.

I love the fact that I was contacted to let me know it was time to change my oil! I had a quick oil change, my car was beautifully washed and cleaned and I had a chance to look at the new Rogue. It is beautiful!
Like most, I don't enjoy going to get my car serviced but my experience at Nissan of Alhambra was amazing. From the beginning they were upfront and honest about the potential cost and issues with my car. After a diagnostics check and ECM update my check engine turned off and it was all covered in warranty. They also washed and vacuumed my car! I would highly recommend Nissan of Alhambra to anyone who wants a no pressure stress free service experience.
Octavio was great on showing me the car and figuring out the options on it. Moses took the payment and there was no pressure to buy extended warranties or other stuff. I got a 2019 Honda Fit with 8K miles at a reasonable price. The experience was all good.
Everyone was so polite and helpful. They explained everything and made such a great impression. I was very happy about the shuttle that was offered. I will definitely be going back and highly recommending it.
I am extremely happy with a Nissan NV200 that I purchased from Nissan of Alhambra last November. I DIY to convert NV200 into a mini camper van. I went camping in Joshua Tree National park, Red Rocks Canyon and went surfing with carrying multiple boards. I particularly thank to Ken at the Service department. He took care of me really well. He is amazing.

I went to get a windshield wiper. A very nice gentleman named Ken helped me immensely. He put the wiper on for me and fixed the rubber around my window that was coming off.
I came to Nissan to find a good lease deal. Sergio Sandoval helped me out! Explained all the features on the 2020 Sentra & went for a fun test drive. Come see him for excellent service!
Ken was very helpful and friendly. As a female i usually hate getting maintenance for my car by myself because i have people trying to get me to buy and get more done but Ken was the opposite. While he told me he reccomends getting certain things done he understood when i didnt want to get repairs or services right away. And then when i went to the cashier to pick up my car keys the girls were super friendly. Im definitely looking forward to my next oil change. This has been the best service ive gotten so far

Took my commuter in for a lighting issue. Upon arrival I was quickly greeted by Ken who did an amazing job to say the least. He was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. While my vehicle was at service, Ken was great at keeping me up to date on the status of my vehicle. I have owned multiple vehicle of all brands, from European to American. The best service experience I have received to this date has been at Nissan of Alhambra. Ken is awesome. This experience is going to be hard to beat.

Everyone wore a mask. They have a plastic "wall" of protection at the service and cashier desk. I'm surprised and glad they still offer complimentary coffee. Vending machine sells snacks for $1.10 and drinks. Place looks very clean. Bathrooms too. The new owner is doing awesome!
Thankfully, the people at Nissan helped me out with their special promotion going on right for oil changes. They were curious and upfront with their services and explanation of how long it is going to take and what was expected. They even provided free coffee, hot chocolate, and entertainment while I waited in their lobby.I could not have asked for better service! Thanks you again Nissan of Alhambra!

The amount of dedication he has given us to make sure we were comfortable is unbeatable!!! I also brought my 3 month old daughter with me, and when asked for a private place to feed, they accommodated me with a nice private office!!!! My dad and I went here and was immediately greeted by Jose. He was the one who showed us the cars they have available. I was offered a test drive around the block and I liked the car. I ended up making my first car purchase in this location. Everyone was accommodating and helpful. I recommend going to this location if you'd like to purchase a Nissan.

I went to Nissan of Alhambra at their new location to get my car serviced for an oil change, tire rotation, and to fix a recall. They were awesome. They took care of me and welcomed me and got my car serviced in a timely manner. They were taking COIVD-19 social distancing precautions and the dealership was nice and clean. Since I was new, they gave me a few free service checks which was an added bonus!
My key fob happened to run out of battery as I dropped off my car. And they took care of it! I definitely got more than I bargained for. Thanks Alhambra Nissan!
